Yesterday was a good day. I qualified 5th place 
It was a super windy day and the course organisers decided to put it to a vote for the riders to decide if they wanted to miss out the mega ramp for qualifications. The majority of the riders decided to miss it out and the qualification still happened but we only used half of the course. All in all it was a good start to the event and this evening is the FINALS!!! Lets hope there is no wind 
It’s been great to have my ramp back!!!
Over the past couple of weeks I have had a great time riding my ramp. The weather was great and I have had some amazing rides to scrub up on some tricks ready for all the contests coming up in May. Unfortunately it’s been raining a lot this week 
so not as much outdoor practice as I hoped.
My next contest is X-Fest then FISE followed with 26Trix. So a very busy month that’s about to start.
I have had to ride skatepark a lot over the years as the weather is normally terrible or it is hard to find land to build some amazing jumps. Now that I have my own spot I’m hoping it’s going to be a big Help to some podium results this year
My confidence is at a big High and I’m hungry for it.
So I have rode Moto for years and with me riding my MTB as a profession and riding Moto as a hobby I have decided to bring both discipline together and learn how to ride FMX as well. I decided to buy a 2009 CRF 250 and learn on a 4 stroke. I have cut out my air box done my suspension and cut down my seat foam. So the bike is better to Handle and move around the bike.
I have rode once now and loved it. I felt so comfortable on the bike and will soon be doing most of the tricks I do on my MTB. Such as back flips, supermans etc and I would like to aim for the front flip this would be a big accomplishment for me but let’s see how long it takes. 6 months? 12 months who knows
Looking forward to a busy year with all my MTB events and riding FMX for fun when I can.
2012 is going to be a fun year
So I finally did it I got some INK! I am now an addict and will defiantly be having a full sleeve.
I now have on my wrist Let’s Live For Today. I believe that you should live each day as its your last and you never know when your time is up. Always try your very best and you will be happy if you only put 50% in you will fail and at least if you put 110% in and don’t succeed at least you know you tried.

So it’s coming to Summer and I finally have a ramp again. I’m a Manchester lad and that means rain rain rain up north but hopefully I will get some good sun time this summer here is a couple of pictures of my setup.
If your around the Preston area on the 7th and 8th don’t forget to come to preston docks MX track as there is a big Motocross event on with Monster Energy giving away lots of energy drinks and I will be doing a little demo on my mtb with some friends from Loyal Soldiers.

Hey guys a quick blog here for you to see what products I’m using on my NEW Saracen Amplitude prototype CR frame.
Firstly this new frame I’m using is a prototype that I’m testing for 2013. Changes to the frame are integrated headset, Shorter chain stays and BB height. I have rode this frame for a week now and i have to say it is amazing So much more responsive lighter in weight and feels nice and small. It helps being that little bit smaller due to riding lots of skatepark & dirt jumps. Lets see how it is at my first big contest of the year @ Vienna Air King! 
Now here are some of the best parts to run on your bike this year from Gusset. Lets take a look at what I’m running on my bike. This are the Gusset Nitro pedals, They have to be one of the best pedals on the m

Now check out these wheels i have been using these for years now and i have to be totally honest they are the stingiest wheels i have ever used as i ride a lot of park doing flairs, whips etc and they don’t end up all twisted and damaged like other 26″ wheels would after a couple of weeks in a park. These are Halo! Thanks Halo for hooking me up all these years with this wheel set.

Firstly i want to say a BIG thank you to Harry Main for letting me ride his ramp.
This week i received my NEW prototype Saracen Amplitude frame with a shorter back end, top tube and integrated headset. This bike rides awesome! Im testing this frame for changes to the Saracen CR bikes for 2013 her are a couple of photos from my first ride.
My first impressions when riding this bike wasn’t much different from the CR3 I was using other than it felt a little smaller. I then started to do some tricks i found hard in a skatepark on a mtb such as tail whips, flairs, tail whip to tyre tap etc and the improvement was very noticeable. With the shorter back end this bike is much more responsive when riding park and has that bmx feel about it. I need to test this on dirt but I’m going to give this prototype frame a 10/10 for park and street

So I am nearly at the end of my trip to the United States Of America and it has been one AMAZING trip. I came over to California to ride at WoodWard West to brush up on my riding ready for the 2012 season and its been pretty successful. 10 days of riding bikes, Chilling at the beach, enjoying life! Ive got some new tricks that i have been working on and I’m looking forward to putting some super good runs together in the up and coming events.

Nothing better than shooting a real gun for the first time but them things are so dangerous. I think everyone needs to shoot a gun once in a shooting range to really see how dangerous a gun is.
